About the role
We are seeking an experienced MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.
- Determining appropriate welding methods based on blueprints and specifications.
- Performing first-piece checks and submitting work for quality assurance inspections.
- Maintaining production records to ensure correct output.
- Organizing work tasks to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Adapting to other duties as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Comfort with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
