Welder/Fabricator - Weekend Shift

Position: MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR Role Overview Seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to produce high-quality welds efficiently in a customer-focused environment. Responsible for interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, selecting appropriate welding methods, and ensuring parts meet specifications. Performs first-piece checks, maintains production records, and organizes work based on complexity and deadlines. Must have at least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience, proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Produce precise, high-quality welds efficiently.Ensure materials meet customer specifications and perform first-piece quality checks.Maintain accurate production records and organize work for timely completion.Follow blueprint instructions and welding symbols accurately.Perform other duties as required to support team operations. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Comfort with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
