Fabricator (Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate cut-to-length processes, table saw, drill presses, ski drilling, and autodrill equipment within specifications and standards while learning equipment set-up.
• Read and comprehend basic blueprints.
• Complete first piece quality management (Q.M.) inspections.
• Accurately complete all Q.M. charts and paperwork.
• Record and maintain accurate production records through S.A.P.
• Label and package materials.
• Operate measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, tape measures, weigh scale).
• Follow all safety regulations and work in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Dispose of waste streams in their respective locations (wood, metals, chemicals, plastics, recycling, hazardous and non-hazardous waste).
• Demonstrate knowledge of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) aspects and impacts.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Analyses (JSA’s).
• Understand your role in the EHS&S process and goals.

Pay

The salary for this position is $22.83 per hour.
