Fabricator / Machinist (2nd Shift)

Essential Functions Performing burning, grinding, shearing, sawing, turning and press brake operations to produce a quality product.Operates CNC machines to include turning and milling processes.Perform inspection on product utilizing Total Quality concepts.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled.Accurately report daily activities on work orders and other media as required. Conduct required quality control checks using various measurement equipment. Exercise safe work habits.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Requirements Mechanical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to work in a production environment preferred.Ability to follow operation procedures and assess problems and recommend solutions to resolve problems.Ability to perform quality checks using calibrated digital micrometers, various calipers and go/no go gauges to ensure product is within tolerance.Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions.Previous machining preferred, NC / CNC operations desired.Must be able to attend work on a regular basis.
