Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and drawings of pressure vessels, bills of materials, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Clock jobs accurately in IFS.
- Read a tape measure to within 1/32”.
- Operate as a crane-certified professional.
- Perform X-ray quality welds and maintain an 85% pass rate.
- Complete confined space entry training, including all required documentation and safety instructions.
- Follow detailed written or oral instructions from supervision, management, or team leaders.
- Provide prior work records demonstrating dependability and conscientiousness.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and neat work area, including upkeep of all TPM sheets.
- Work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with employees, supervision, and management.
- Perform all other assigned duties.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Equipment Knowledge
- Certified MIG welder.
- Perform general maintenance on MIG welding machines.
- Safely use pneumatic grinders and impacts.
- Use and read a level with accuracy.
- Operate a com-a-long.
- Safely operate overhead cranes.
- Safely operate power turn rolls.
- Complete and accurately fill out all required paperwork, such as travelers, on a daily basis.

Qualifications
Good oral communication skills, 1 year of experience in a like environment, or a minimum of 1 year of post-high school education in a related field.
