Fabricator/Assembler II - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication and assembly tasks per blueprints, route sheets, and quality standards.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, applying mechanical skills and hand tools.
• Follow safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies, including PPE use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet targets.
• Complete documentation accurately, such as labor cards and production reports.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 6S principles.
• Support cross-departmental tasks and work scheduled overtime as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to read blueprints, measuring devices, and work documents.
• Knowledge of safety policies, PPE, and 6S principles.
• Regular attendance and mechanical aptitude with hand tools.
• Preferred: 1+ year manufacturing or assembly experience, CI environment familiarity, team collaboration skills.
