Key Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan work
• Operate equipment such as MIG, TIG, or arc welders safely
• Prepare metals by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
• Inspect welds to check strength, size, and structural flaws
• Maintain tools and keep a clean, safe work area

Requirements & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years welding experience
• Welding certification preferred but not required
• Manual dexterity and good hand‑eye coordination
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items
• Safety compliance when wearing protective gear
