Responsibilities Fabrication Production Team Members will be performing a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility including: Our jobs require you to stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms. Our fabrication work environment is cold and damp. Process and break down pieces for packingCut, trim, skin and debone meat productsUse tools and/or machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, skinner machines, etc.Must wear protective safety equipment.
