Fabrication Trainer I

What Drives Success

Provides assembly training to new hires and guidance to current employees in the manufacturing environment.

Ensures new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their tasks efficiently.

Provides continuing training and guidance to existing employees.

Prioritizes safety and accident prevention by applying lean manufacturing and safety best practices.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires 1-3 years related experience.

• Thorough working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Able to read tape measure, perform calculations, and write legibly.
• Reads and interprets specifications and assembly schematics.
• Basic ability to effectively coach and influence others while socializing/reinforcing the appropriate functional/operational direction.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Displays sound judgment and leadership.
• Working knowledge of IT solutions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $27.65/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Earn overtime when you work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
