Manufacturing Trainer I

About the role

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to work in its plant in Florence, KY. The Manufacturing/Warehousing Trainer will conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience training in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

Pay

Hourly pay range is $22.50 depending on experience.

Schedule

The hours are as follows: Wed/Thu‑Sat 6 am‑6 pm.
