In this role, you will master and champion manufacturing technology leadership as the undisputed expert in Haas fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation, guiding our customers to transformational productivity gains and a distinct competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Phillips Experience so exceptionally that clients view us as their exclusive partner, directly driving industry-leading market share, customer retention, and high net promoter scores.
- Cultivate legendary loyalty and market dominance by building a powerful ecosystem of influence and advocacy through trusted, lasting relationships with customers, educators, suppliers, and community champions.
- Uncover deep operational needs that customers have not yet recognized, leveraging sharp competitive intelligence and consultative selling expertise to position Phillips as the clear choice and maximize profitable growth.
- Maintain absolute CRM mastery, precise forecasting accuracy, and strong margin achievement, using cross-functional collaboration to consistently elevate 360-degree team performance.

- Adept at mastering and championing manufacturing technology leadership, particularly in Haas fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation.

- A disciplined, relationship-driven professional with a commitment to continuous improvement and ownership.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience with Haas fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation.
- Strong CRM skills and ability to maintain absolute CRM mastery.
- Precision in forecasting and strong margin achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, educators, suppliers, and community champions.

Benefits
