Fabrication Operator - Paint

Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the products assembled and how they impact the business.
• Continuously learn the principles, practices, and processes of the job as changes require, including similar roles.
• Safely handle materials using proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists and lift tables.
• Communicate hazards and/or equipment issues with leadership.
• Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed.
• Cross-train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a team environment in a professional manner.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to utilize applicable hand tools with precision.
