Fabrication Operator II (Deburr & Tube Bending) – 2nd Shift

Join us today as a Fabrication Operator II to support fabrication and production by performing a variety of shop processes including deburring, cutting, drilling, and tube bending.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of fabrication processes including: Deburring and finishing parts, Saw cutting materials, Drilling and basic machining operations, Tube bending and forming
- Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
- Inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Support new product introduction (NPI) builds and prototype work with flexibility and attention to detail
- Perform material handling, staging, and part movement throughout the facility
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 6S standards
- Identify and report quality issues, defects, or equipment concerns
- Work across multiple workstations as needed to support production flow and priorities
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification a plus
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop environment preferred
- Experience with: Deburring, sawing, drilling, or tube bending strongly preferred
- Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret: Blueprints and basic mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with: Basic fabrication processes (deburring, cutting, drilling, forming)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a high-mix, fast-paced production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and shop equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and accountability
Skills
