Fabrication Operator I Night Shift (7 pm-7 am) $18.25 plus $3.00 shift differential

About the role

We are currently searching for a Fabrication Operator I to be based in Weatherford, TX. The position reports to the Shift Lead and involves running various machines and saws in the fabrication area. The primary responsibility is to use the machines to bend pipe by loading pipe into the machine and/or connecting pipe to the bender part of the machine, while monitoring product specifications and quality.

Responsibilities

• Run various saws and machines in Fabrication.
• Load pipe into the bending machine.
• Stack finished products on pallets according to the packaging standard.
• Band up pallets when complete.
• Check the angle of the pipe on the angle table.
• Cut boards to size for pipe packaging.
• Follow safety procedures for each machine, including E‑Stops and pinch points.
• Inform the Shift Lead of any possible safety infractions.
• Notify forklift personnel or the Shift Lead when Fab Stock is running low.
• Frequent checks of cut length to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping throughout the shift.
• Understand and uphold the company’s safety culture and core values.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills for quick and accurate counting and calculations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
• Adaptability to changes, ability to handle multiple competing demands, and remain calm during unexpected events.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay

As of the date of this posting, a good‑faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $18.25 per hour. Placement within the range depends on competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business needs. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
