Fabrication Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support the fabrication and assembly of commercial glass and aluminum systems. Responsibilities Include Cutting, prepping, and assembling glass, storefront, and curtain wall components using shop drawings, hand tools, and production equipment.Staging materials for installation crews and inspecting for quality.Following strict safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Qualifications And Skills Hands-on experience with fabrication and assembly processes.Knowledge of shop drawings and use of hand tools and production equipment.Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented environment.Desire to learn and grow in commercial glazing and construction trades. Key Duties: Supporting fabrication, inspection, staging, and quality assurance to contribute to successful project execution within a collaborative culture that values reliability, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
