About the Role

Support and manufacture a wide variety of intricate ceramic components for production. Operate silk screening equipment, abrasive trimmer equipment, and spray-painting systems while following standard work instructions, charts, tables, blueprints, formulas, sketches, verbal and electronic orders, and job layouts to accomplish assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Use basic hand tools and fixturing.
• Use PPE for appropriate protection.
• Lift at least 32 pounds.
• Read and understand technical drawings and shop orders.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Install specified tooling and set up jobs to specifications.
• Maintain tooling inventory and ensure tools are in usable condition.
• Complete required documentation involved in processing parts, travelers, logs, and process control data accurately.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and supervisors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and data entry.
• Mechanical experience background.
• Good writing and communications skills.
• Basic math skills.

Schedule

9/80 (Every other Friday off)
