About the role

WinTech is an employee-owned business specializing in the design and manufacturing of building materials including aluminum and vinyl windows, access doors and panels, and other niche materials. The company is currently seeking full-time positions across two shifts and one part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet due dates and output goals
• Cut, fabricate and assemble materials as required
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Absorb and move heavy loads as required
• Stand and walk during assigned shift hours, perform repetitive physical tasks lifting up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met
• Work overtime when requested, which could include Fridays and Saturdays
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality

Benefits

• Starting hourly wage is $16.45 with an additional $2.00 for 2nd shift
• Full-Time WinTech employees may receive an increase at 3 months if meeting performance expectations
• Holidays are paid to full-time employees on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
• Vacation is calculated on a calendar year schedule based upon hire date with hours available for those hired before September 1 of the current year
