About the role

The Fabrication 1 position is available in Brier Hill, PA. This role requires experience in an industrial setting and proficiency in welding with industry-specific equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, grinding, cutting, welding, and repairing components from aftermarket equipment
• Fabricating new parts according to engineered specifications or customer direction
• Engaging in Oxy/fuel cutting techniques, all position welding, and interpreting engineered drawings
• Progressing from basic to advanced levels of fabrication repair processes requiring minimal supervision
• Working overtime and weekends as needed
• Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards (5S)
• Collaborating effectively in a team environment, conveying and receiving ideas and suggestions positively
• Flexibility to work shifts

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of related experience with industry-specific equipment.

• Technical diploma or certification in welding
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work as part of an integrated team

• Active listening skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
