About the role
Responsible for managing the purchasing and maintenance resources for the Foods department. This includes sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all policies.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and negotiating contracts for food supplies and equipment
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations and policies
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize resource allocation
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or related field
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations
