About the role

Responsible for managing the purchasing and maintenance resources for the Foods department. This includes sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all policies.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and negotiating contracts for food supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations and policies
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize resource allocation
  • Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or related field
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations
