Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all food preparation equipment in the kitchen.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on kitchen appliances.
- Respond to emergency repairs as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in food service or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
