Key Responsibilities
- Maintains compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
- Collects microbiological and product samples for testing and evaluation.
- Performs quality checks against specifications.
- Affixes to nonconforming products and materials.
- Assists with product improvement projects.
- Supports data verification and quality metrics reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Knowledge of workplace safety rules
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Good math skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Firm problem-solving, organization, time-management, and critical thinking skills
