About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing food service equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all food service equipment and facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on kitchen appliances and equipment.
- Respond to emergency situations involving food safety and equipment malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in food service or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good interpersonal skills for working with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of food service safety standards.
