About the Role

Lead the F135 Forecasting and Business Operations team at Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems. In this role, you will oversee the F135 material planning and forecasting process, including unit and depot planning, and manage the Aggregate Demand process to communicate demand signals to the supply base. You will also provide oversight for the business operations team, including cost account managers, ensuring staffing levels align with contractual commitments. This position requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, and diplomacy skills to engage with discipline leaders, executives, project managers, U.S. government, and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop near-term and long-term Depot and Unit forecasts for proposals, aggregate demand, and day-to-day serviceable part requirements.
• Develop and track key metrics across supply chain management processes.
• Foster an environment that empowers talent development through a safe and strong culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing levels with contractual commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience in supply-chain, business, operations, or technical discipline; OR an Advanced degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required (eligibility for a U.S. government-issued DoD Secret security clearance).
• Active and existing security clearance required after day one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills: ability to organize, analyze, and present spares information from multiple systems.
• Familiarity with engine Bills of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables.
• Demonstrated self-starting ability, initiative, and experience driving complex issues to closure.
• Experience with contracts, statements of work, and negotiations.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $157,200 – $298,800 USD. The range reflects all experience levels, and RTX considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills when extending an offer.
