F100 Fleet Readiness Strategy Associate Director - (On-site)

About the Role

Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems, is seeking an F100 Fleet Readiness Strategy Associate Director to join the F100 Strategy & Integration Team. This role will lead a team responsible for driving strategic direction, managing project implementation, overseeing business operations, and advancing fleet recovery initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for F100 Fleet Recovery, integrating cross-functional teams (CIPTs, Quality, Module Centers, Production Chiefs, Business Operations, and other stakeholders)
  • Provide program priorities and strategic direction to cross-functional teams executing fleet recovery and overdue reduction initiatives
  • Supervise a team of business operations managers, project managers, and analysts on the Strategy and Integration Team
  • Ensure compliance with P&W/RTX RLPM process
  • Interface with finance on business cases, EACs, and budget development/execution (EAPS/PPS)
  • Leverage Risk and Opportunity management to adjust program budgets/priorities for efficient resource allocation
  • Support Project Managers and analysts in generating executive-level presentations
  • Manage critical part producibility and capacity expansion action tracking and customer reporting
  • Brief senior leadership on progress, key risks, and mitigation plans, driving necessary escalations
  • Anticipate future resource needs and drive resource alignment for long-term fleet readiness goals

Qualifications

Required

  • BS/BA degree and 12 years of experience in manufacturing, analytical, customer management, or business process, or an Advanced degree with 10 years of experience
  • Familiarity with technical/sustainment field support processes, maintenance, overhaul, repair practices, and finance/Earned Value Systems
  • Project and/or Program Management experience
  • Strong organizational, teaming, interpersonal, and communication skills for engagement with U.S. and international customers
  • U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred

  • Knowledge of business warehouse and SAP
  • Business, material, and/or logistics management experience
  • CORE Champion certification
  • Familiarity with export requirements and U.S. Gov’t acquisition process
  • Risk and Opportunity Management experience
  • Inventory Management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Pay

The salary range for this role is $157,200 - $298,800 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
