F/T LABOR LAW ATTORNEY

About the role

A dynamic and experienced labor law attorney is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle complex litigation and regulatory compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal and state labor laws
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings
• Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies
• Provide guidance on workplace safety and health regulations

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Experience with labor and employment law
• Familiarity with federal and state labor laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
