Job Details

• Responsibilities:
  • Representing clients in all aspects of Labor Law 241, Section 240, and Section 241.
  • Handling a wide range of Premises Liability, Defense Litigation, Insurance Defense, Civil Defense, and General Liability cases.
  • Conducting and managing all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motion practice and depositions.
  • Providing expert legal advice and dispute resolution services.
  • Conducting rigorous legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client service skills.
• Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Labor Law Attorney.
  • Proven experience with Labor Law 241, Section 240, Section 241, Premises Liability, Defense Litigation, Insurance Defense, Civil Defense, and General Liability.
  • Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and legal writing.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Employment Law, Legal Advice, and Dispute Resolution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
