F&B Team Member (Server, Bartender, Banquets)

About the role

The Charlotte City Club is seeking part-time, reduced full-time, and full-time F&B Team Members to join their team in Uptown Charlotte. The position is ideal for those passionate about food and beverage, customer service, hospitality, and looking to gain experience in fine dining. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle food and beverage orders efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings

Requirements

• Open availability to work current days/hours of operation
• Energetic, hardworking, and positive attitude
• Desire to learn and grow in the industry

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a houseman, host/hostess, food runner, bar back, bartender, and / or server preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations

Pay

$11/hr base pay to start with potential for increases after completion of different levels of training

Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday: 7:30am-10pm
• Saturday: 5pm-11pm
• Sunday: 10:00am-3pm
• Monday: CLOSED
