About the role
We are hiring an F&B Manager at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Dining in Orlando, FL (Dr. Phillips District). This is an extremely high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
- Provide the highest quality dining service to customers
- Provide the highest quality foods to customers
- Work as a team with high ethics and morals
- Enforce team policies and regulations strictly
Requirements
- Experience working in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints
