You will be supporting one of several restaurant locations** Responsibilites Cook dishes according to recipes and develop new food selections in conjunction with the sous chef and executive chefKeep service lines clean, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are well-stocked and appropriately garnishedEnsure mise-en-place is in sufficient quantities for the day's requirementsProperly store and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid wasteCompleted daily inventoriesAssist servers during busy timesOther duties as assigned Qualifications Previous cooking experience requiredAble to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry 25 - 50 lbs.
