Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Cook & Executive Sous Chef with daily training and operations to provide the best possible guest experience.
• Follow recipes, chef guidance on stations, Standard Operating Procedures, and all safety, cleanliness, and organizational regulations.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of your station or the kitchen as a whole, adhering to proper HAACP procedures.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, properly served food & beverage products.
• Promote a positive professional culinary culture throughout our F&B outlets and the resort.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all established safety practices.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of culinary experience as a line cook
• Ability to obtain a WA Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring
• Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours at a time)
• Some culinary outlets require intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability in the winter season
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and at different venues/locations
• Willingness to learn and develop as a culinary professional
• Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, supervisors, and other employees

Pay

$22 - $24 per hour
