About the role
The F-35 Project Management Analyst - Mid position is available within Warfare Systems, a business group under HII’s Mission Technologies division. The role supports the F-35 Joint Program Office (F-35 JPO) in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage budget and cost information on the JPO's Program Overhead & Administrative (PO&A) portfolio.
- Draft briefs and coordinate with stakeholders to support Integration leadership.
- Cook up and facilitate meetings for JPO program-wide integration efforts.
- Provide analysis and draft recommendations and responses in support of integration strategies, processes, and reports.
- Draft briefing materials for DA&A leadership for recurring meetings.
- Develop products and provide analysis for business integration planning.
- Identify opportunities and support the development, execution, and evolution of improved integration processes across the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) enterprise.
- Support Program Overhead and Administration (PO&A) portfolio management, Supply Chain Management Integration, and Joint Program Office (JPO) Governance activities.
- Author products to better integrate Acquisition & Affordability scope within the overall enterprise.
- Support technical meetings and work with SMEs to deliver products.
Requirements
- Experience/background in DoD Acquisition.
- Understanding of aircraft development, production, and sustainment.
- Understanding of the PPBE process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to prepare documents and brief senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience leading a diverse team and ability to delegate and provide consistent expectations of team.
- A clearances: An active Secret security clearance or higher is required (at the time of application and consideration).
Qualifications
- Program Manager I: 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
- Program Manager II: 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
Skills
Strong background in DoD acquisition, F-35 JPO experience, and experience/knowledge of aircraft development, production, and sustainment.

Pay
$140,000.00 - $175,000.00
