F-35 JPO Export Compliance Specialist
About the role
The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) seeks an Export Compliance Specialist to support the certification of an air system for export to international partners. This is a proposal effort with an anticipated award in late-2026.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and coordinate presentations for committee review regarding export-related policy activities.
- Interact with applicable interagency partners for export licenses.
- Interpret and maintain export-related documentation.
- Assist the Government in facilitating export-related policy activities.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree and 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree and 14 years of experience are required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) licensing applications and review process.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft programs and systems.
- Secret clearance is required.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
