Responsibilities

  • Identify key Commercial Distributors in assigned Region and execute Agreements to formalize these relationships.
  • Own assigned Region and create compelling growth strategies that contribute to company level differentiation targeted at driving Commercial growth.
  • Leverage Global Strategic and Government Accounts to expand market share.
  • Travel extensively throughout Region to model the way and elevate Commercial Distributor Performance.
  • Continuously monitor competitive influence to ensure proper strategic positioning.
  • Ensure all sales are properly routed through company fulfilment system in a timely and systematic manner, while ensuring order quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and provide voice of customer feedback.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual, and other financial metrics that are aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Work daily in SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy with commercial pipeline, contacts, activities, and other information.
  • Complete all monthly reporting, pipeline, and forecasting requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA Preferred.
  • Years of experience: 3 or more years of experience in business development, channel partner relationships, or other relevant roles required.
  • Must have exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies.

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
