Responsibilities
- Identify key Commercial Distributors in assigned Region and execute Agreements to formalize these relationships.
- Own assigned Region and create compelling growth strategies that contribute to company level differentiation targeted at driving Commercial growth.
- Leverage Global Strategic and Government Accounts to expand market share.
- Travel extensively throughout Region to model the way and elevate Commercial Distributor Performance.
- Continuously monitor competitive influence to ensure proper strategic positioning.
- Ensure all sales are properly routed through company fulfilment system in a timely and systematic manner, while ensuring order quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and provide voice of customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual, and other financial metrics that are aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.
- Work daily in SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy with commercial pipeline, contacts, activities, and other information.
- Complete all monthly reporting, pipeline, and forecasting requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA Preferred.
- Years of experience: 3 or more years of experience in business development, channel partner relationships, or other relevant roles required.
- Must have exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills.
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office and SalesForce.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies.

Pay and Schedule
The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $58,100.00 - $107,900.00 per year.
