Ez CAP Developer/Consultant

Job Summary

Develop, configure, and enhance the EZ-CAP healthcare benefit management system, focusing on claims processing, eligibility, and authorization management. Lead or assist with migration of other entities onto the EZ-CAP platform, including data loading, extraction, and validation activities. Support further development and reporting functions within the current EZ-CAP system. Work closely with reporting modules and utilize reporting services within EZ-CAP for custom reports and analytics. Utilize strong SQL development skills in daily EZ-CAP-related tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure system integrity and performance during upgrades and migrations, troubleshooting issues as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest EZ-CAP version and associated products, such as EZ Net. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff to report progress and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT systems, with a focus on claims processing, eligibility, and authorization management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with healthcare-specific databases.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, including familiarity with EZ-CAP and EZ Net.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in healthcare IT systems, particularly in claims processing, eligibility, and authorization management.
  • Experience with healthcare-specific databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with EZ-CAP and EZ Net.
