Your Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams across EY-Parthenon sub-service lines.
Manage and execute IT-focused projects for clients.
Develop and execute strategies for transactions.
Drive client pursuits and presentations.
Support practice development initiatives.
Coach and mentor team members to achieve career goals.
Build strong relationships with senior clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with 7+ years of related work experience.
MBA preferred.
Significant M&A management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
Expertise in a minimum of 5 of the following IT skillsets:

IT strategy
Enterprise architecture
Digital Technology Strategy
IT cost reduction
IT security
IT shared services
IT organization transformation
ERP implementation
Digital business enablement using digital technology enablers
Cloud SaaS/PaaS strategy and delivery
Cloud IaaS migration planning and execution
IT service management and TSA development
IT finance management
IT infrastructure management
IT outsourcing/offshoring
IT contract management
IT Diligence
IT synergy identification
Data separation and transition

Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one key business process such as procurement to pay, record to report, order to cash, plan to make, hire to retire.
Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP, or CISA are highly desirable.
A proven record of excellence in an IT mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
Established networking skills in a relevant industry.

Pay and Benefits

The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
