Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams across EY-Parthenon sub-service lines.
- Manage and execute IT-focused projects for clients.
- Develop and execute strategies for transactions.
- Drive client pursuits and presentations.
- Support practice development initiatives.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve career goals.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with 7+ years of related work experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Significant M&A management consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
- Expertise in a minimum of 5 of the following IT skillsets:
- IT strategy
- Enterprise architecture
- Digital Technology Strategy
- IT cost reduction
- IT security
- IT shared services
- IT organization transformation
- ERP implementation
- Digital business enablement using digital technology enablers
- Cloud SaaS/PaaS strategy and delivery
- Cloud IaaS migration planning and execution
- IT service management and TSA development
- IT finance management
- IT infrastructure management
- IT outsourcing/offshoring
- IT contract management
- IT Diligence
- IT synergy identification
- Data separation and transition
- Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one key business process such as procurement to pay, record to report, order to cash, plan to make, hire to retire.
- Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP, or CISA are highly desirable.
- A proven record of excellence in an IT mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Established networking skills in a relevant industry.
Pay and Benefits
The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
