The Opportunity

EY-Parthenon combines transformative strategy, transactions, and corporate finance to deliver real-world value. The Deal Technology practice specializes in complex and high-profile global transactions across multiple sectors. This role involves leading and executing IT-focused projects, managing client service teams, and driving business and practice development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams across EY-Parthenon sub-service lines.
  • Develop and execute strategies for transactions.
  • Drive client pursuits and presentations.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with 7+ years of related work experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Significant M&A management consulting experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs.
  • Expertise in a minimum of 5 IT skillsets.
  • Proven record of excellence in IT mergers or acquisitions transactions.
  • Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools.

Pay and Benefits

The base salary range for this role in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including education, experience, and location. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension, 401(k), and flexible vacation policies.
