About the role
EY-Parthenon's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) practice works with clients to address their most complex CRE issues and challenges, advising on strategic, operational, and analytical matters. As a Senior Associate-Consultant, you will work at the forefront of high-profile corporate real estate engagements, tackling strategic and operational issues while partnering with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Assess operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline corporate real estate and facilities management service delivery
- Support transaction advisory engagements, including pre-deal due diligence, integration support and/or separation support
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the corporate real estate functional areas and the transaction lifecycle, including activities from diligence to sign to close
- Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills and ability to analyze real estate KPIs, benchmarks, and operational trends
- Develop innovative approaches to completing scopes of work
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services
- Develop presentation materials, briefings, scorecards, and implementation documents
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
- Manage the creation of proposals, presentations and other client-facing materials and deliverables
- Communicate EY's point of view on relevant and current CRE topics and trends
- Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience
- Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline is preferred
- Credible, related work experience, supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in the field of corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting
- Experience supporting project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments
- High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products (including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs
Ideally, you will also have
- Prior professional services or management consulting experience, particularly in corporate real estate, M&A, divestiture, or transaction advisory
- Professional accreditation in real estate, construction, project management and process improvements, such as PE, PMP, CCIM, QCPR, MCR, SLCR, CPM and Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $205,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
