About the role

EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Real Estate practice offers transformative strategy, transactions, and corporate finance solutions. We work with clients on strategic, operational, and analytical matters, leveraging EY’s global network to address complex real estate challenges.

Responsibilities

• Make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology during major M&A and divestiture engagements, or during corporate transformations.
• Support transaction advisory engagements, including pre-deal due diligence, integration support, and separation support.
• Develop innovative approaches to completing scopes of work.
• Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
• Manage the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials and deliverables.
• Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets.
• Communicate EY's point of view on relevant and current CRE topics and trends.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Credible, related work experience, supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in the field of corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting.
• Experience supporting project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products (including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
