Responsibilities

• Assess operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline corporate real estate service delivery.
• Support transaction advisory engagements, including pre-deal due diligence and integration support.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of corporate real estate functional areas and the transaction lifecycle.
• Develop innovative approaches to completing scopes of work and participate in team problem-solving efforts.
• Manage the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Credible, related work experience supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects in corporate real estate or management consulting.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
