About the role

EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Financial Services practice advises CEOs, Boards, Private Equity and Governments on complex deals. As a Director, you'll work with major financial services organizations and private equity funds.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical financial data and identify key trends.
  • Discuss business performance and forecast assumptions with senior management.
  • Write reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Coach and develop staff and senior associates.
  • Identify innovative ways to utilize global delivery services and new technologies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a graduate degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience leading and managing others.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate large datasets into insights.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in financial due diligence or related services for financial services and private equity clients.
  • Experience in another large professional services organization or public accounting.
  • Experience in building and reviewing workflows and dashboards in Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Networking skills in relevant industries.

Pay

The base salary range for this role in the US is $120,400 to $220,700, with a higher range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
