Extrusion/Resin Tech Assist

About the role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in keeping production flowing and ensuring every batch meets high standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining resin flow to production machines.
• Troubleshooting and adjusting molding parameters to optimize quality and output.
• Unloading resin from rail cars into silos and keeping resin lines properly supplied.
• Driving a forklift to move and manage resin inventory.
• Keeping the molding department clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Tackling issues with quick thinking and mechanical know-how.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a molding department.
• Forklift operation experience (bonus points if you're certified).
• A keen eye for detail to ensure proper material distribution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to keep production running efficiently.
• A team-oriented mindset—you work well with others and take initiative.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Manufacturing or molding department experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment safely.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and troubleshoot on the go.
