Starting rate of pay: $21.52/hour with shift premiums after 90 days ($1.50/hour for 2nd shift, $0.75/hour for 3rd shift).
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
New hires must be available to work any of the three shifts based on business needs. Training will be provided on 1st shift.

Responsibilities
- Operate the saw safely and efficiently while maintaining quality cuts and troubleshooting common issues.
- Operate stretching equipment according to order specifications and monitor material quality using micrometers, calipers, straight edges, and gauges.
- Inspect material for squareness, flatness, bow, gauge, and other specifications outlined in the work instructions.
- Perform simple maintenance to support saw performance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Provide backup support to the Press Operator and Head Stretcher and complete cross-training on both positions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, machine repair, or production experience.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operation experience.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and process sheets.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Experience using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, or straight edges.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to safely operate production equipment and follow established safety procedures.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods and frequent lifting of 5–25 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
