• Lifts and positions raw materials manually or with PIT equipment.
• Affixes and positions pelletizer head using hand tools.
• Blends, extrudes, and sizes plastic pellets.
• Sets and adjusts controls based on specifications.
• Assists in repairs or replaces machine parts or notifies supervisors.
• Fed materials through machines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Follows company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Able to be forklift certified.
Requires movement throughout the plant, lifting up to 35 pounds, and operating machinery.
Crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
Basic math skills required.
Basic computer knowledge.
1-year machine operator experience preferred.
