Extrusion Operator

About the role

Responsible for operating extrusion machinery to shape and form materials into desired products. Duties include monitoring equipment operation, adjusting settings as needed, and ensuring product quality meets specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in good working order through regular maintenance and cleaning
• Adjust machine settings based on material type and production requirements
• Monitor production output and adjust as necessary to maintain consistent quality
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience in manufacturing or similar field
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Qualifications

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.
