About the role

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Associate for their Night Shift position.

Shift

Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Duties and responsibilities

  • Visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
  • Ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels.
  • Maintains paperwork as required.
  • Performs online quality inspections.
  • Operates packaging equipment.

Qualifications

  • Able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch.
  • Related machine operation experience.
  • Able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Able to read English and quality test product.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to understand and follow safety policies.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

  • The US pay for this full-time position is $21.50 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential for Night Shift + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
