Extremity Sales Manager - PNW

About the role

The Extremity Sales Manager (XSM) drives adoption of AtriCure’s Cryo Nerve Block Therapy for pain management in extremity amputation procedures within an assigned geography. This role builds clinical advocacy and establishes the therapy as a standard of care across hospitals and health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
• Prospect and close new opportunities while partnering with surgeons and related departments
• Collaborate with multiple franchise Area Sales Directors and sales representatives/managers to cross-functionally coordinate activities and targeting between the cardiac reps and cryoNB reps
• Manage and coordinate customer visits, educational programs, procedural observations, proctoring, and relevant tradeshow participation
• Work closely with the Director of Sales to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate objectives
• Satisfy the requirements for hospital account and credentialing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Specific knowledge and selling/support experience related to post-operative pain management
• A documented track record of successful sales quota achievement within the medical device industry
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills: enjoys and excels at personal relationship building
• Problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
• Ability to travel up to 40-60%
