About the role
This full-time position operates on the 3rd shift within our Ag & Trading enterprise, focusing on executing processes and maintaining facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute processes and operate equipment in designated areas such as preparation, refinery, extraction, steam generation, biodiesel, utilities, and grain drying.
- Monitor equipment, operate control systems, process samples, and record data using computer systems.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and complete repair work.
- Interact with peers and management to promote continuous improvement and a teamwork-focused environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise) using personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator.
- Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) and confined spaces.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience.
- Experience in production and/or a similar military environment (preferred).
- Experience with continuous flow process environments, such as crush, refinery, or biodiesel operations (preferred).
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and/or automated computer systems, such as Human Machine Interface (HMI) (preferred).

Pay
$29.92/hour (starting rate).
