Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient plant operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and shift documentation.
  • Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist with minor equipment repairs and identify maintenance needs.
  • Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment, as required.
  • Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.
  • Communicate production issues to supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We're looking for individuals who take initiative, are dependable, have a strong attention to detail, work well as part of a team, are willing to learn new skills and responsibilities, understand and follow rules, procedures, and safety policies, and have basic reading, math, and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Ability to carry 50 pounds, lift up to 65 pounds, and push/pull up to 120 pounds.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on industrial position. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, around grain dust and industrial equipment, climbing ladders and stairs up to 120 feet high, and working rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Typical Schedule

Rotating swing shifts (8a–8p / 8p–8a) and multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days off.
