Position Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and submission of all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements, etc.), ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB requirements.
Oversee financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Manage XBRL tagging and ensure high-quality financial data presentation.
Cook up the SEC reporting calendar, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional input.
Partner with external auditors, legal, investor relations, and executive leadership on reporting deliverables.
Monitor and evaluate new accounting pronouncements and SEC guidance; assess impact on financial statements and disclosures.
Manage the monthly consolidation of global financial results, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all entities.
Oversee consolidation entries, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
Review and validate financial submissions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to corporate accounting policies.
Manage the consolidation system (e.g., Oracle), including understanding of hierarchies, metadata, and enhancements.
Ensure timely preparation of consolidated financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Partner with regional and local accounting teams to resolve reporting issues and ensure consistency across the organization.
Perform and review key reports and analyses to explain drivers of consolidated results.
Oversee the preparation and review of internal financial reports, ensuring consistency and reliability for organizational use.
Drive process improvements through automation and standardization initiatives.
Support quarterly earnings releases and investor materials.
Assist with board and executive reporting deliverables.
Participate in special projects including integrations and system implementations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Active CPA license.
5–7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including SEC reporting and consolidation in a public company environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and consolidation accounting.
Experience with ERP and consolidation/reporting systems.
Ability to lead and develop junior team members while managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Big 4 public accounting experience.
Experience with global, multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
Familiarity with Workiva, Oracle, or similar tools.
Experience in a publicly traded or recently listed company.
Physical Demands
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.

Length of Service Awards
You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement): 12-25 vacation days depending on years of service, 5 sick days, 6 holidays, 2 half day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, and 1 volunteer day.
